3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and participate in sessions in good faith to achieve the intended results. Success may vary based on individual or business implementation and commitment.

4. Payments & Fees

All fees for services will be communicated prior to engagement. Payments must be made as agreed. Late or incomplete payments may result in delays, cancellation of services, or additional charges where applicable.

5. No Guarantees of Outcomes

While we provide professional guidance and strategies, results vary depending on client implementation. Major Ventures LLC does not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial gains, or growth results. 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, training material, documents, and resources provided by us remain the property of  Major Shift Group. They may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information shared through sessions, communication, or documentation. We will not disclose your information to third parties unless required by law or agreed by the client. 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Major Shift Group  will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24-hour notice to reschedule sessions. Missed sessions without notice may be charged as completed. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled case-by-case at our discretion.
